Use of the site

This site is not the 13L Game platform operator and is not owned by, affiliated with, or authorised by the company that develops and operates 13L Game. Trademarks and branding
The 13L Game name, logo, and all related product names, slogans, and brand features are trademarks or proprietary marks of 13L Game. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark or trade name belonging to 13L Game or its affiliates.
Limited licence and user submissions
Subject to these Terms, 13L Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. If you submit feedback, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant 13L Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable licence to use, adapt, and distribute that content for any lawful purpose. You warrant that all such submissions are your original work and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, 13L Game, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Content. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if 13L Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No warranties
The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 13L Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 13L Game to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed INR 500 (five hundred rupees), regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations; in such cases, the foregoing limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
